Sonus faber Sonetto III G2 Floorstanding Speakers

Compact floorstander. Full Sonus faber character. Sonetto III G2 is the most compact floorstanding loudspeaker in the second-generation Sonetto collection. Its 2.5-way architecture combines a 1.1-inch DAD™ Arrow Point tweeter, a 6.5-inch midwoofer and a dedicated 6.5-inch woofer to deliver convincing scale without demanding a large footprint.

Small Footprint, Serious Architecture

The redesigned lute-shaped cabinet brings Sonus faber’s familiar Italian form to a slim floorstanding design. A concrete base adds stability and helps manage vibration, while the organic die-cast driver baskets and flower-patterned surrounds reflect the engineering language developed for the Sonetto G2 generation.

Two-and-a-Half-Way Design

The upper 6.5-inch driver handles the midrange and bass through a rear-vented enclosure, while the dedicated 6.5-inch woofer works from a down-vented chamber. The DAD™ Arrow Point tweeter extends response to 40 kHz, giving Sonetto III G2 an open, detailed top end while preserving the natural tonal balance associated with Sonus faber.

Made in Vicenza

Sonetto III G2 is crafted in Vicenza, Italy, and offered in Walnut, Wenge and Black finishes. Its combination of wood, leather and concrete gives the speaker a distinctly Sonus faber look without overwhelming the room.
