FYNE Audio F502SP Floorstanding Speakers (Pair)

The Fyne Audio F502SP is the largest model in the F500SP Series, using the 8-inch driver architecture developed for the F702 inside a more conventional parallel-sided cabinet. It combines an 8-inch IsoFlare point-source driver with a second 8-inch bass driver, premium crossover components, BassTrax loading and Fyne's twin-layer aluminum plinth.

For larger rooms and systems that need real dynamic scale, the F502SP is the most ambitious expression of the F500 cabinet platform.

The 200 mm IsoFlare driver uses a rigid multi-fibre bass/mid cone with FyneFlute surround and a 25 mm magnesium-dome compression tweeter mounted concentrically at its acoustic center. A second 200 mm bass driver extends output and headroom while maintaining the tonal continuity of the SP design.

The F502SP uses a downward-firing port, twin-cavity loading system and BassTrax Tractrix diffuser to distribute low-frequency energy uniformly around the plinth. The arrangement helps deliver an in-room response down to 30 Hz without relying on a conventional rear-firing port.

The low-loss bi-wire crossover uses F700-derived circuit architecture, upgraded polypropylene capacitors and laminated-core inductors, Cryo-Lite treatment and Van den Hul silver-plated OFC internal wiring. A fifth binding post provides driver-chassis grounding to help reduce RF interference.
