FYNE Audio F500SP Bookshelf Speakers (Pair)

The Fyne Audio F500SP is the stand-mount model in Fyne's UK-built Special Production range. It starts with the compact proportions of the F500, then adds technology developed for the F700 Series: an upgraded 6-inch IsoFlare point-source driver, a more sophisticated crossover, premium BassTrax loading and a higher level of cabinet and hardware detail.

The result is a speaker that keeps the size and placement flexibility of a stand-mount while moving decisively toward Fyne's premium loudspeaker designs.

The 150 mm SP IsoFlare driver combines a multi-fibre bass/mid cone with a 25 mm magnesium-dome compression tweeter on the same acoustic axis. A twin-magnet motor system and FyneFlute surround improve low-frequency control and reduce unwanted cone energy, while the point-source geometry preserves the precise imaging and wide dispersion that define Fyne's IsoFlare designs.

Low-frequency output vents downward into Fyne's BassTrax Tractrix diffuser, converting port energy into a 360-degree wavefront around the base of the cabinet rather than firing directly toward a wall. That helps the F500SP deliver useful 42 Hz in-room extension without making placement unnecessarily fussy.

The low-loss bi-wire crossover uses upgraded components and Fyne's Cryo-Lite treatment, with Van den Hul silver-plated OFC internal wiring. A fifth binding post grounds the driver chassis to help reduce RF interference carried through the amplifier and cabling.

Diamond-cut aluminum driver trim, an anodized aluminum plinth and four premium finishes complete a speaker that is built, hand finished and pair matched in the UK.
