Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns are a part of business so we have created the following guidelines.
Within 30 days of your purchase, you may return UNOPENED product to Audio Geeks for a refund, exchange, or credit less any associated shipping costs and payment processing fees. Audio Geeks may issue a return shipping label as we have very favorable shipping rates.
If in the very rare case of an “out of box” defect, Audio Geeks will provide a Pre-Paid label for return of the defective item. When confirmed that the defective item has shipped, a replacement product will be shipped.
Please email sales@audiogeeks.com for an RMA#, then ship the item back to us with the Product Return Form under the link below. Please indicate how you would like us to handle refund (store credit or refund to your payment method). For allowed opened returns, a store credit will be issued based on the condition of the return.
When returning a product, please make certain to return along with all original packaging and any contents.

Non-defective items that have been OPENED are subject to a restocking fee (up to 15%) in addition to shipping cost and payment processing fees.
Warranty Claims AFTER 30 Days
We are a fully-authorized dealer for every product we sell. As such, warranty claims after 30 days of ownership are typically the responsibility of the original product manufacturer. We will gladly direct you to the appropriate contact at the manufacturer for warranty support for all of our products.
Warranty information is included with many manufacturer’s products or may be found on their respective websites.

Promotions: We retain the right to cancel and/or modify promotional offers at any time without prior notice. Return of any qualifying purchase will void the offer and may result in an adjustment of the refund amount to reflect any used portion of the promotional offers value.
