FYNE Audio F502S Floorstanding Speakers (Pair)

The Fyne Audio F502S is the flagship floorstander in the F500S Series, pairing an 8-inch IsoFlare point-source driver with a second, dedicated 8-inch bass driver. It keeps the same coherent point-source presentation as the smaller models, but adds the displacement, efficiency and low-frequency extension needed for larger rooms and more ambitious systems.

With 30 Hz in-room extension and 91 dB sensitivity, the F502S can deliver genuine weight and dynamic scale without giving up the imaging precision that defines the series.

The 200 mm IsoFlare driver places a 25 mm magnesium dome compression tweeter at the acoustic center of the bass/mid cone. The shared acoustic axis is designed to preserve timing and dispersion through the crossover region, helping the soundstage remain stable and well focused across a wide seating area.

The matching 200 mm bass driver adds the cone area required for deeper extension and greater headroom while maintaining consistent tonal character through the lower frequencies.

The F502S vents downward into Fyne's BassTrax Tractrix diffuser, spreading low-frequency energy around the base of the cabinet instead of directing it toward a single wall or listening position. That 360-degree distribution helps make the speaker less sensitive to exact placement while allowing the larger cabinet and twin 8-inch driver complement to reach down to 30 Hz in-room.

A rear-panel presence control provides ±3 dB adjustment from 2.5 to 5 kHz. It lets you make a modest change to the presence region to suit the room, associated electronics or your own preference without altering the speaker's overall balance.

The F502S combines 91 dB sensitivity, an 8-ohm nominal impedance and a recommended amplifier range of 30-180 watts. It is easy enough to partner, but has the scale and resolving ability to reward better amplification as the system grows.
