Within 30 days of your purchase, you may return unopened product to AudioGeeks for a full refund, exchange, or credit less any shipping costs. Please call (800-464-1540) for an RMA#, then ship the item back to us with the Product Return Form under the link below. Please indicate how you would like us to handle the return (exchange, store credit or refund to your credit card). One return per person is allowed. For allowed opened returns, a store credit will be issued based on the condition of the return.

We are a fully-authorized dealer for every product we sell. As such, warranty claims after 30 days of ownership are typically the responsibility of the original product manufacturer.
